Laptops with WiFi are provided to our students as are Pocket PC's and iTouch PDAs. Our course materials are shown on 42" Plasma Monitors and are conducted in classes that give a 1:10 trainer/student ratio. Our goal is to keep classes small in size to ensure that all students get personal attention. Course Hours Courses average 1 to 3 hours long, with a half or full hour break depending on legnth of classtime. Registration begins one hour before course begins. Normal business hours for Matrix are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Course times are subject to change. Payment Policy Payment for all application and technical courses is due upon receipt and must be paid in full at least ten (10) business days prior to the start of the class, or we cannot guarantee space in the class. Payment for all application and technical courses registered less than ten (10) business days prior to the start of the class must be paid in full by credit card. If you are interested in a free review course, please contact Matrix and let us know what course you would like to retake. Simply bring your course materials with you the first day. Free review courses are available as long as the exact version of the course is offered on our public training calendar. All Matrix Training Center courses have a money-back guarantee. Cancellation Policy All application and technical courses are 100% refundable if we receive written notice of cancellation at least ten (10) business days in advance by e-mail: training@matrixinnovative.com or by fax (916) 357-9809. If we receive written notice of cancellation after ten (10) business days, but before forty-eight (48) business hours, a Matrix Training Voucher will be issued for a future course. Failure to attend the course without e-mail notification, or cancellation less than twenty-four (24) hours before the course, will result in forfeiture of the full course price. Substitutions for courses are allowed. If Matrix has to cancel a course, you will be notified in advance and have the choice of either a full refund or a Matrix Training Voucher to be used for a future course.
