What we do

How to get started
Typically, we are introduced to clients who are busy exploring new IT support options due to growth or employee turn-over. First, we meet with potential clients, help them with any immediate needs they have, and then discuss an on-going relationship if appropriate.

Then we provide a full overview of our services, conduct a free network assessment, and offer an obligation-free proposal for an on-going relationship. Finally, we try to tailor the proposal to your unique situation so you get the right amount of support without overspending.

And over the course of the first few months we implement our "Best Known Methods" to improve your IT infrastructure and we work very hard to earn your trust and become a fully integrated part of your organization.
